Management commitment
The management of SIntegraTech LTD has defined and documented this policy, setting out the organisation's principal objectives, directions and obligations relating to quality and information security management.
The management's principal commitments are compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, continual improvement of the management system's effectiveness, and fulfilment of the requirements of BDS EN ISO 9001:2015 and BDS EN ISO/IEC 27001:2023.
Scope of the system
SIntegraTech LTD conducts its principal activities under an implemented quality and information security management system covering IT infrastructure design; supply of hardware and software solutions; implementation of IT and automation systems; maintenance and service; consulting and customer training; design and integration of ERP systems; development and integration of SCADA and MES systems; and process automation in industrial, utility and building environments.
Information security
Management understands and accepts responsibility for its information and information assets, applying the company's position that no information-security incident is acceptable. It undertakes to investigate and analyse actual and potential incidents and to take immediate action to remove their causes, prevent breaches and ensure continual improvement.
General objectives
1. Ensure continuity of business processes and management of quality and information security;
2. Minimise business and information-security risks that could cause loss or harm to the company, its clients, partners and other stakeholders;
3. Minimise the extent of losses or harm caused by information-security breaches;
4. Provide the resources necessary for an effective quality and information security management system.
Implementation and full document
To achieve these general objectives, the Managing Director sets specific measurable objectives each year and reports on their fulfilment during management reviews.
All employees are responsible for conscientiously performing their duties in accordance with this policy and the requirements of the implemented management system.
As Managing Director of SIntegraTech LTD, I undertake and accept personal responsibility for providing all resources necessary to implement this policy and the defined objectives.
